PGCAR Classes & Events

This two-hour Addenda Overview class provides Maryland real estate professionals with an in-depth understanding of commonly used, but often misused, Maryland Realtor and Real Estate Commission forms. Participants will review the full list of addenda available in the Maryland State Forms library and receive detailed guidance on seventeen key forms used in real estate transactions for both buyers and sellers, including various financing forms and special provisions.
